Kinetic classes are programmed and designed by Kinetic’s owner Jordan himself to offer a full-body workout with an emphasis on strength training. See below for a full description of each class offered, and their typical schedule.

Weekend Strength & Conditioning

Kick off your weekend with a class that blends aerobic conditioning, functional resistance training, and core development into one dynamic workout.

Designed for all fitness levels, this session builds endurance, strength, and athletic ability while improving balance, posture, and overall performance.

Every workout is adaptable, ensuring you can train at your pace and leave feeling energized, strong, and ready for the week ahead.

8-Week Olympic Weightlifting Intro Course

September 20th - November 8th

This 8-week course is designed to introduce you to the Olympic lifts — the snatch and clean & jerk — in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Led by expert coach Richard Xu, you’ll learn proper technique, mobility drills, and strength variations to improve your lifting performance. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your form, this class will help you build confidence, power, and precision on the platform.
