Our Trainers

Jordan Kuykendall

I discovered fitness at 13, and it quickly became more than exercise—it was my outlet. By 15, I was investing in personal training sessions and dreaming of one day creating a space where others could better themselves.

That vision led me to become a certified trainer while studying kinesiology, and since then I’ve coached clients of all ages and backgrounds. In 2023, that dream became reality with the launch of Kinetic Fitness, now a thriving community where people grow stronger physically and mentally.

Today, I remain hands-on as both coach and owner, specializing in helping men build strength, health, and confidence. Alongside my wife, a registered dietitian nutritionist, I provide a complete approach to fitness and wellness.

If you’re ready to take the next step, reach out by text or email—I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

Avery Kuykendall, RDN

I help clients fuel their fitness and health goals through a simple, food-positive approach to nutrition. At Kinetic Fitness, I work with members to create personalized strategies that support strength, recovery, and body composition—so they can get the most out of their training and feel their best.

In addition to fitness-focused nutrition, my specialties include women’s health and perinatal care (fertility, prenatal, postpartum). I offer both in-person and virtual 1:1 nutrition counseling, along with consulting for wellness programs.

As a registered dietitian nutritionist—and a birth & postpartum doula—I bring both expertise and compassion to the work I do. My mission is to empower clients with practical tools and sustainable habits that lead to long-term success, inside and outside the gym.

Anthony Kougias

I design training systems that keep the powerful, creative athlete alive—blending discipline, hard work, and smart programming to maximize performance. As an athlete, artist, and Westmont College graduate with a B.S. in Kinesiology, I approach coaching with both scientific knowledge and a “Sisu” mentality.

My athletic career includes playing soccer for top youth development clubs, SC Verdugos (UPSL), and Press Room FC, as well as rugby at Westmont. Since 2015, I’ve coached athletes and clients in strength, conditioning, and overall health, drawing on my studies in strength & conditioning, pedagogy, and nutrition.

Over the past decade, I’ve helped clients reach new levels in performance while inspiring them to pursue their God-given potential. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or looking to elevate your training, I’ll provide the tools and mindset to help you achieve your goals.

Look forward to hearing from you!
